Reflecting on our journey as a Microsoft-focused services consulting company, I’m filled with gratitude and pride for the path we've walked. We’ve made significant strides, and with every step, we’ve learned invaluable lessons that continue to shape our future.

What We Got Right:

Trust-based Culture

From day one, we emphasized building a team rooted in trust. This trust-driven approach has been our backbone, fostering a collaborative environment where every member was empowered and had the ability to drive value. It’s this trust that has allowed us to innovate and navigate challenges with unwavering confidence.

We also embraced a remote-first work culture early on. This wasn’t just about flexibility; it was about recognizing the changing landscape of work and preparing for the future. When remote work became a global necessity, our early adoption meant we were already equipped to continue delivering excellence without disruption.

Building Resilience

Resilience has been a defining trait of our journey. By creating a culture that embraces change and promotes adaptability, we’ve built a culture that thrives in the face of challenges. This resilience has been crucial in maintaining our momentum and achieving our goals, even when the road has been tough.

Being Generous

Giving back has been at the core of who we are, from sharing the latest insights at events, capturing our insights and tactical steps in our whitepapers and resources to donating to charities has fueled our drive to scale and grow.

Where We Can Improve:

Leadership Development

While we’ve achieved much, there are areas where we can do better. One such area is in developing and supporting leaders within our organization. Leadership is not just about titles; it’s about nurturing potential and providing opportunities for growth. We’re committed to investing in our team members and helping them become the leaders of tomorrow.

Innovation Rhythm

Another lesson we’ve learned is the importance of finding the right balance between innovation and delivery. Knowing when to push the boundaries with new ideas and when to focus on executing and delivering results is crucial. Striking this balance will ensure we remain agile and responsive to our clients’ needs while continuing to innovate and lead in our industry.

Embracing an AI-First Mindset

After navigating the challenges of the pandemic, our next big challenge is adapting to an AI-first mindset. This shift is not just about adopting new technologies; it’s about integrating AI into every aspect of our business. We’re incorporating AI into our discussions, people processes, and projects to drive innovation and efficiency. By embedding AI into our workflows, we aim to enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and deliver even greater value to our clients.

Looking Ahead

As we look to the future, we’re committed to building on these lessons. We’ll continue to foster a culture of trust and resilience, support and develop leaders, and find the right rhythm between innovation and delivery. By embracing an AI-first mindset and balancing in-person and virtual connections, we’ll ensure that 2toLead remains a leader in the Microsoft services consulting space, delivering exceptional value to our clients and creating a fulfilling workplace for our team.

Thank you for being a part of our journey. Together, we’ll continue to achieve great things. And always remember, you will love the way we work. Together.
