As a Digital Workplace Practice Lead, my role is to stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, platform capabilities and leverage my practical experience to tailor recommendations to meet user needs. Every organization is unique and brings new challenges that must be carefully assessed. As a leader, I must navigate every conversation to bring these intricacies to light and prioritize those that impact our desired outcomes. My passion for delivering experiences that are both robust and flexible continues to motivate me to design and build new things that make the workplace, and more importantly its stakeholders, more effective. Tools can go a long way, but implementations tend to fail without research, analysis, strategy, and training.
