Who can request a certificate?
Anyone who submitted feedback to Microsoft after completing one of our "In a Day" workshops: Agent in a Day, Power Pages in a Day, Power Automate in a Day, or Copilot Studio in a Day.
What name will appear on my certificate?
The name you enter on the form. Please use your full name as registered with Microsoft and double-check the spelling before you submit.
How long does it take?
Our team reviews requests, usually within one business day. Your certificate is then emailed to you as a PDF.
I didn't receive my certificate. What should I do?
First check your junk or spam folder for an email from marketing@2toLead.com. If it isn't there, contact us and we'll sort it out.
The form says my details don't match your records.
Make sure you've chosen the right workshop, the date you attended, and the same email address you registered with. If it still doesn't match, contact us and we'll help.
Is this a Microsoft Certification?
No. This is a 2toLead certificate of completion confirming that you participated in one of our hands-on workshops, delivered in partnership with Microsoft. It is not a Microsoft Certification exam credential.
Can I get a certificate if I registered but couldn't attend?
Certificates are issued to attendees who completed the workshop. If you missed your session, check our upcoming training dates to join a future workshop.
